It's important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase of Get Hungry Stay Hungry® or Stay Hungry® merchandise. Please see our policies below in order to better help answer any questions you may have before or after placing an order.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept PayPal as well as most major credit cards and prepaid/debit/gift cards that contain a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo on them. We're sorry, but we no longer accept money orders or certified checks. Instead, we recommend that you purchase a prepaid credit card as it will save you the time of mailing in your money order and waiting - as well as it helps us get your order to you quicker. Please note that we do NOT keep your credit card information on file. All of our transactions/refunds are processed through PayPal.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO:

At this time, we are only shipping to the lower 48 states as well as APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses.

SHIPPING OPTIONS / HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE:

As a "general rule" we currently use the United States Postal Service First Class Mail and Priority Mail for most of our shipping needs. This doesn't mean we wouldn't use a different company if/as needed - but the USPS is just our preferred method.

As advertised by the United States Postal Service, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered in 1-3 business days.

APO/FPO/DPO - We will gladly ship to our military customers ... and we thank you for your service. APO/FPO/DPO packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. Standard delivery rates will apply but the delivery time may take from 2-6 weeks (unless you ordered an out-of-stock item - then it may be slightly longer). *** Please note - for us to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible - please submit all of the mail information as well as your full name, rank, and serial number. We want you to receive your order and the more information we have the better. Thank you again for your service.

SHIPPING COSTS:

A $5 flat rate is the "general rule" (except for when otherwise noted), OR, unless it's a custom order, OR, the shipping cost is greater than $5 for some unplanned, unforeseen, and unexpected reason. We would contact you via email (prior to shipping your order) with a thorough explanation should there be anything unexpected or out of the ordinary from the $5 flat rate or advertised cost.

If you are returning an item because the item is too small, large, not as expected, or any other reason where the problem was not our fault, we will NOT cover the return shipping cost.

NOTE - Circumstances that we will pay for return shipping costs:

If we ship the wrong kind/model/color/size item to you OR there's a manufacturers defect OR the item comes to you and it's damaged, stained, or torn upon delivery. If this happens, please accept our sincere apology and give us another chance to make it right with you. We will pay for the package to be returned, at our expense, and we will send out the correct item/product per your original order. If this should occur, we ask that you contact us for a return label. We make decisions and arrangements for returns at our expense depending on each individual situation.

Custom Orders do not apply to these "general rule" rates and are established on an individual basis.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED:

We process and prepare our orders for shipping within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving an order (excluding U.S. holidays. See our office hours for complete details). This includes original and returned/exchanged orders (excludes pre-ordered and back-ordered items). Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email that will confirm your order has been shipped and will include a tracking number. *** Please note - even though we do as much as we can to prevent it from happening, periodically, the email may land in the "junk" or "spam" folder. So please don't forget to check those folders. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items if the package was indeed delivered to the mailing address you provided to us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email that will confirm your order has shipped and will include a tracking number. *** Please note - even though we do as much as we can to prevent it from happening, periodically, the email may land in the "junk" or "spam" folder. So please don't forget to check those folders. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items if the package was indeed delivered to the mailing address you provided to us.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

If you want to change your order, and it has NOT been shipped yet, we will honor your request in order to make you completely satisfied. An exception to this would be if the "new" item you want should happen to be back-ordered. Should that occur we would notify you via email and honor your decision at that time.

MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO:

If the item comes to you and it's damaged, stained, or torn upon delivery - please accept our sincere apology for the unexpected trouble. If this should occur, we ask that you contact us for a return label. We make decisions and arrangements for returns at our expense depending on each individual situation. AFTER we receive the returned damaged item/product we will send you another one in it's place of the same kind/model/color/size, etc. Please check WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED for the answer to that question.

RETURN POLICY:

All merchandise must be returned within 21 days following the delivery of your order. After 21 days we will not accept any returns. All returned items must be in "new, unaltered, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition". Clothing items must have tags attached (when applicable) to be returned.

RETURNING ITEMS:

Please follow these procedures/steps to return a package:

1 - Make a copy of your original invoice/packing list for your own records. Return one of the copies with your returned item.

2 - Return the item and copy in the original package.  We recommend you use the United States Postal Service and make sure you have tracking and insurance, but that's your choice. Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

3 - Return your package to: Get Hungry Stay Hungry LLC, ATTN: RETURNS, P.O. Box 22880, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68542.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchanges will be honored on an item/product of equal or lesser value of the original purchase priceAll of our transactions/refunds are processed through PayPal.

All merchandise must be returned within 21 days following the delivery of your order. After 21 days we will not accept any returns. All returned items must be in "new, unaltered, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition". Clothing items must have tags attached (when applicable) to be returned.

The exchanged item will be shipped AFTER we receive the first one in acceptable condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs but there will be no additional shipping charge when we ship the NEW exchanged item to you.

WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGED ITEM BE SHIPPED:

We process and prepare our orders for shipping within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving an order (excluding U.S. holidays. See our office hours for complete details). This includes original and returned/exchanged orders (excludes pre-ordered and back-ordered items).  Should there be an instance whereas the exchange item you want is not in stock, we will give you the option of 1) receiving a refund, or 2) we will send your exchange item to you as soon as we receive it and at that time you will be notified by email of your order being processed and shipped.

REFUND POLICY:

We will honor a 100% refund of your purchase at the original purchase price. NOTE: Shipping costs are not refundable when you return an item unless we made a mistake (wrong kind/model/color/size) when we shipped your order to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you desire an exchange please see our EXCHANGE POLICY. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to place the order. Credits will not be issued in the form of a check or gift card. You should expect to receive the refund to your card within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item - if all the return criteria has been met (See RETURN POLICY). Unfortunately, we will not offer refunds after 21 days. Please note that we do NOT keep your credit card information on file. All of our transactions/refunds are processed through PayPal.

REASONS A NON-REFUND WOULD APPLY, if:

1 - We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items if the package was indeed delivered to the mailing address you provided to us.

2 - Merchandise was NOT returned within 21 days following the delivery of an order.

3 - A returned item was NOT in "new, unaltered, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition" when returned to us.

4 - A returned item did NOT contain the original attached clothing tags (when applicable).

5 - We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We're happy to work with our customers to create custom orders, co-branding, or even create items for school/church/or other fundraisers - all related to the Get Hungry Stay Hungry OR Stay Hungry message. However, there may be some additional issues that will need to be considered. Some items to consider may be getting permission for the use of other trademarks/names/images/logos or other items of that nature - so please be aware of this in advance. In addition, there may be a custom order that Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC chooses not to be associated with for whatever reason. Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC retains the right to refuse any custom order on a matter of the protection of our trademark, brand, or image. Custom orders will be handled on an individual basis and may include other variables such as minimum order, pricing, delivery times, shipping, design work, etc... Please feel free to contact us regarding a custom order request. Partial payment will be be required at the time your order is placed and the remaining balance will be due when your order is shipped. Refunds will not be honored on custom orders unless a mistake has been proven to have occurred on behalf of Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

Periodically, Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC offers it's customers the ability to pre-order an item/product before the actual "official release date". If you pre-order an item/product, please rest assured that your order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as we receive the item/product and you will be immediately notified via email regarding your order. You card will NOT be charged until your pre-ordered item/product has shipped.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:

We process and prepare our orders for shipping within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving an order (excluding U.S. holidays. See our office hours for complete details). However, should there be an instance whereas the item you ordered is not in stock, we will send it to you as soon as we receive it. At that time you will be notified by email of your order being processed and shipped. Your card will NOT be charged until your back-ordered item/product has shipped. If you're unhappy with the "wait time" of a back-ordered item/product - please accept our sincere apology and we'll cancel your order if that's your wish.

DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS/PRODUCTS:

Download issues: If you have problems that prevent you from downloading an item/product we recommend that you contact the support team for your browser provider as Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC ensures that our software and/or files can be downloaded with all major browsers. A download problem typically arises from a customer's issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.

OFFICE HOURS:

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 4:00, and Friday 9:00 - 1:00 (CST). We are closed Friday (after 1:00), Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. holidays.
